As moms we can have moments that we feel like the worst mom in the world. I know I used to feel like that sometimes. If you do too, it’s OK. You’re not alone. And you’re not a bad mom. I’ sure no one thinks that about you but you. You are so loved.
Yes, really! You are loved! Have you forgotten about that? Or are you so tired and overwhelmed that you just don’t have the energy to think about it?
That’s OK. But you know, I believe you deserve to feel loved. So I made a couple of short meditations to help you.
