Every meditation is designed to bring you into a deep relaxation. And you know what? You don’t even have to keep listening! You can fall asleep or let your thoughts take you away to other places. Although I recommend listening, simply because it’s so much nicer then listening to your daily worries or making your always growing to do list longer again. And it will help you relax even more. It’s all up to you!

Who are you and what do you know about meditation?

I'm Kirsten Pancras and I'm a mindset and meditation coach for busy moms. Being a busy mom myself (two children, a job, my meditation business), I know the challenge of finding me-time. I have made it my mission to help other busy moms find a moment of calm in the midst of the daily chaos. 

Life’s challenges brought me on the path of healing, mindset and meditation and I've been meditating for years. When I started creating my “magical meditations” I knew I had found my path. Creating those meditations is really my passion!
